COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Toomey, Putney; Michelle Cherrier, Dummerston; Lewis Sumner, Halifax; and Nancy Meinhard, Wardsboro

Ms. Cherrier called the meeting to order at 9:00 PM

Ms. Meinhard nominated Mr. Toomey for chair of the committee, Ms. Cherrier seconded, and Mr. Toomey was elected.
