Sawdust
Sawdust is not recyclable. Sawdust can be composted, FREE of charge, in the Windham Solid Waste Management District’s organics composting program, (Please see Project C.O.W. for more information). For large loads please call the office at (802)257-0272.
Utensils (Plastic)
Plastic utensils are usually NOT recyclable. Please dispose of your plastic utensils in the household trash. If the utensils are “plant-based” or labeled compostable, then they can be placed in your curbside compost if your hauler accepts them.
Plexiglass
Plexiglass is NOT recyclable. Please dispose of your plexiglass in the garbage.
Glass (From a Picture)
Picture glass is not recyclable. Please dispose of your picture glass in the garbage.
Envelopes (Padded)
Padded envelopes are not recyclable. Please dispose of your padded envelopes in the garbage.
Transparencies
Transparencies are NOT recyclable. Please dispose of your transparencies in your household trash.
