Wood ash is NOT recyclable. Please dispose of your wood ash in the garbage once it is cold.
Sawdust
Sawdust is not recyclable. Sawdust can be composted, FREE of charge, in the Windham Solid Waste Management District’s organics composting program, (Please see Project C.O.W. for more information). For large loads please call the office at (802)257-0272.
