Ceramics
Ceramics (coffee mugs, bowls, plates) and other pottery are NOT recyclable. Please dispose of them in your trash. At the transfer station, please do not put anything in the recycling box. If your ceramic items are usable, consider donating to the Swap Shop on Saturdays.
Pellet Fuel Bags – #4 Low Density Polyethylene or LDPE
We do not accept pellet fuel bags for recycling. Bags can be disposed of in the trash or used as trash bags for bagging other trash. You could try to contact the company that manufactured the bags and ask if they have any suggestions on how to recycle them.
VHS Cassette Tapes
VHS cassette tapes are not recyclable locally. If you cannot donate your VHS tapes, please dispose of them in the trash.
Photo Photographs Photo Paper
Photographs are NOT recyclable. Please dispose of your photographs in your household trash.
Clothes Hangers (Plastic)
Plastic clothes hangers can NOT be placed in the recycling drop-off containers or in your curbside recycling containers. Please dispose of plastic hangers in your household trash.
