Non-Recyclable Paper

Non-Recyclable paper (such as solied or waxed cardboard, damp/wet paper, paper towels, paper plates, paper napkins, frozen food boxes and soiled pizza boxes) are NOT recyclable at recycling drop-off locations or in your curbside recycling container.

Non-recyclable paper can be composted, FREE of charge, in the Windham Solid Waste Management District’s organics composting program, (Please see Project C.O.W. for more information) or your curbside compost container (if applicable).

Otherwise, please dispose of your non-recyclable paper in your household trash.
