COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Toomey, Chair, Putney; Michelle Cherrier, Dummerston, David Jones, Brookline
COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: Nancy Meinhard, Wardsboro (She could not get the Zoom phone number to work).
WSWMD STAFF: Bob Spencer, Executive Director; Vicki Hayes, Office Manager/Bookeeper.
OTHERS PRESENT: None
Mr. Toomey called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.
1) Changes and/or Additions to Agenda: None
2) Elect Committee Chair
Dan Toomey was re-elected chair.
3) Consider Revision of Purchasing Policy
Modifications to the existing policy were reviewed and approved. Will present to BOS for approval.
4) Consider Commercial Motor Vehicle Policy
This is a new policy and committee discussed it and made numerous clarifications and edits. Will present to BOS for approval.
