COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Toomey, Chair, Putney; Michelle Cherrier, Dummerston.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: Nancy Meinhard, Wardsboro
WSWMD STAFF: Bob Spencer, Executive Director; Vicki Hayes, Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
OTHERS PRESENT: None
Mr. Toomey called the meeting to order @ 6:40 p.m.
1) Changes and/or Additions to Agenda: None
2) Discuss Wage and Salary Study: Discussed potential benefits to participation in RFP from CSWD for a Classification and Compensation Study and Analysis. It was confirmed with CSWD that cost of study will be derived from the proposal, so no cost associated with participating in the RFP itself. After review of the selected proposal and proposed cost, WSWMD will be able to determine if we wish to participate.
Motion made to recommend participation in the wage analysis RFP, seconded. Motion Passed.
