SPECIAL POLICY/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Toomey, Chair, Putney; Jan Ameen, Westminster; Michelle Cherrier, Dummerston.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: Nancy Meinhard, Wardsboro; David Jones, Brookline.
WSWMD STAFF: Bob Spencer, Executive Director; Vicki Hayes, Office Manager/Bookkeepre.
OTHERS PRESENT: None
Mr. Toomey called the meeting to order @6:06 p.m.
1) Changes and/or Additions to Agenda: None
2) Approval of Minutes from June 12, 2018: Motion made to approve minutes with no changes, seconded, and carried .
3) Consider Position Descriptions for Executive Director, Program Coordinator, and District Clerk:
The Committee reviewed the descriptions and made final edits.
4) Consider Approval and Recommendation of the Revised Personnel Policy Manual: The committee began review of VLCT HR and legal edits comments. After discussion, edits were made, up to Section E3. The review will continue at the next meeting.

6) Next Policy Committee Meeting: July 2, 2018 @ 6PM
