COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: Nancy Meinhard, Wardsboro.
WSWMD STAFF PRESENT: Bob Spencer, Executive Director

Dan called the meeting to order @6:08 p.m.
1) Changes and/or Additions to Agenda: None
2) Approval of Minutes from April 19, 2018 and May 17, 2018: Motion made to approve minutes with no changes, seconded, and carried to approve the Minutes of April 19 and May 17, 2018.
3) Consider Position Descriptions for Executive Director, Program Coordinator and District Clerk:
The Committee reviewed the descriptions and made edits.

5) Next Policy Committee Meeting: June 20, 2018 @ 6PM
