This application is for the collection, acceptance, transfer, transportation, or delivery of recyclables, separated food scraps/soiled paper, and solid waste generated within the Windham Solid Waste Management District (WSWMD). This license begins on July 1 of the current year and expires on June 30 of the following year. All haulers/caretakers hauling trash, recyclables, and/or food scraps must complete this license application.
