Cell Phones

Cell phones are banned from Vermont landfills but are accepted at the scale house during normal business hours at no charge. Cell phones contain lithium ion rechargeable batteries and should not be thrown into the trash to avoid a battery fire.

Please bring all cell phones, chargers and extra batteries to the scale house for proper disposal. 
No access sticker or day pass is required for cell phones or batteries.
