WSWMD Hauler and Caretaker Application

This is an application to collect, accept, transfer, transport or deliver recyclables, separated food scraps/soiled paper, and solid waste generated within the Windham Solid Waste Management District (WSWMD). This license begins on July 1, 2023 and expires on June 30, 2024. All haulers/caretakers hauling trash, recyclables, and/or food scraps must complete this license application.

Meeting State Requirements and District Ordinance. By checking the boxes below, I attest that I understand the state requirements for collection of recyclables under Act 148, as well as the District’s Variable Rate Pricing Ordinance of 2015, and our business has a compliant:
