Time to clean out the unwanted toxic waste in your basement, garage, bathroom and kitchen.

Read the label. If there are cautionary statements that read: WARNING, POISON, CAUTION, HARMFUL, CAUSTIC, FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, IRRITANT, or HAZARDOUS then the waste should be treated as hazardous waste.
