The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm

Minutes from October 3, 2011 meeting were approved

Motion was approved to enter into executive session to discuss a personnel issue.

Executive session was dissolved at 10:25pm. No decisions were made.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:26pm.
