Mr. Mundell called the Meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

1) Changes and/or Additions to Agenda: The Finance Committee agreed to discuss the “sustainability of MRF with the loss of Brattleboro and other recyclable materials, and the impact to the budget” after the approval of the minutes.

2) Approval of Minutes from 11/8/16: Motion made, seconded, and carried to approve the Minutes of November 8th.

3) Discussion of the loss of Brattleboro and other recyclable materials, and the impact to the budget: The loss of these recyclable materials would require an increase in assessment of $34,829.00. The proposed budget for No MRF/No Trucking was also discussed including the one time closing cost assessment of $94,213.00. It was decided to present both budget scenarios to the Board of Supervisors.

4) Review of November 2016 Check Register: The Finance Committee reviewed the Check Register with no questions.

5) Review of November 2016 Financials: The Finance Committee reviewed the Financials for November 2016. Several line items were discussed.
