Executive Board
MINUTES OF MEETING
WSWMD Conference Room
December 2, 2011

Executive Board Members Present: Lou Bruso, Jan Ameen, Betty Frye, Jane Southworth, Merrill Mundell

Supervisors Present: Tony Gordon, Michelle Cherrier

The meeting was called to order at 1:00pm

Motion was approved to enter into executive session to discuss a personnel issue at 1:00pm.

Executive session was dissolved at 2:12pm.  No decisions were made.

Executive Board of the Solid Waste District approve the letter to Joe Kowalski dated Dec 2, 2011 in which we lay out the terms of separation from the district. The dollar amounts include:

Payment for approved Vacation               $  5,468.40
Comp time                                             $21,016.80
Total Vacation and Comp equals              $26,485.20
Voluntary Payment from the District is     $10,000.00
Unused Health Insurance Is                      $  2,500.00
Total of Voluntary Payments is                $12,500.00
Total of the two                                     $38,985.20

The meeting was adjourned at 2:15pm.
