2. Meeting confirmed as officially warned.
3. Minutes of August 17, 2011 meeting approved as presented.
4. Changes to the Charter were discussed including
• Submitted (emailed) comments by Dan Toomey, Supervisor of Putney
• Comments provided by Betty Frye, Supervisor of Guilford by phone.
• Comments from those present at the meeting
• Comments submitted by phone (speakerphone at meeting) by Oliver Olsen of          Jamaica.
